Kathleen M. Mills

Vice President, Talent Management

Kathleen Mills is Vice President, Talent Management for Centuri Group, Inc. overseeing HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and Development, Succession Management, Leadership Development, and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) initiatives.

Kathleen joined Centuri in February 2022 in a similar role with Centuri Power Group where she was responsible for advancing talent management strategies that shape and enhance culture and engagement. Her role expanded to include all of Centuri later that same year.

Kathleen possesses a wealth of utility construction experience in the disciplines of organizational and leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, change management, operational performance training, and human resources. Prior to Centuri, she was Senior Director, Organizational & Leadership Development, at Primoris Services Corporation, leading the transformation of their talent group and strategy to support the organization’s 12,000+ employees. Similar leadership roles include industry peers Henkels & McCoy, Power Team Services Atlanta, Quanta Services, and InfraSource/Mears Group.

Kathy is well-respected throughout the industry, having co-authored the OSHA 10-hour curriculum for Electrical Transmission & Distribution Workers and the OSHA 20-hour Safety Supervisory Leadership Outreach Program. She also served for two years as the first chairperson of the OSHA Training Task Team for Electrical Transmission & Distribution Construction Contractors. She holds SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) and SHRM-SCP (Society for HR Management – Senior Certified Professional) credentials.
