Paul J. Caudill

Paul Caudill is Interim President & CEO of Centuri. Leveraging his extensive experience at the helm of public utilities and alternative energy companies, Paul is leading Centuri’s next phase of growth following the Company’s Initial Public Offering in April 2024.

Previously, Paul served as Senior Advisor to the Centuri CEO and was also a long-term member of the former Centuri advisory board. Paul brings to the role more than four decades of power and energy industry experience, as well as extensive experience in renewable energy, utilities, and industrial sectors. This includes serving as CEO of NV Energy, a Berkshire Hathaway Energy portfolio, as well as President of MidAmerican Solar, LLC, where he led development, construction, and operation of three of the largest solar power plants in the world. Paul began his career with Bechtel Power, a leading global engineering, construction, and project management company.

Paul serves on the advisory board of BrightNight Energy. Formerly, he served on the boards of NV Energy, Inc., Nevada Power Company, Sierra Pacific Power Company, NV Energy Foundation, and the Nevada Military Support Alliance.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public management from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Graduate Management.
