Building Sustainable Infrastructure That Powers Communities
We build the enabling infrastructure that keeps energy reliable for decades. We support regulated utilities and energy providers with electric and natural gas construction, replacement, and restoration across North America. We advance clean energy delivery, expand opportunity through workforce inclusion programs, and strengthen accountability through governance.
Infrastructure Built with Responsibility
At Centuri, responsible delivery means protecting the environment, supporting people, and doing business the right way. We prioritize environmental stewardship through compliance and proactive practices. We also invest in workforce training and development, so our work benefits the communities we serve.
Planning, mobilization, and execution are designed to protect employees, assets, and communities. Through our unwavering commitment to sustainability across all operations, we support sustainable infrastructure.
We define sustainability as six principles to our business that ensure we deliver affordable, reliable energy to the customers and communities we serve. Safety, quality, environment, economy, community, and employees shape training, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, and they connect our utility sustainability strategy to consistent, measurable action.

Measurable Progress Across Our Strategy
Our sustainability program focuses on delivering long-term value for our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders. Through the framework of our Vision One Centuri strategy we have enhanced our ability to make informed, intentional decisions and deploy critical resources. Ultimately, this guides investments, performance tracking, and how we report results.
Advancing Lower-Carbon Infrastructure
Centuri’s emissions strategy centers on accountability and continuous improvement. We monitor energy use and emissions, then target efficiency where it matters most.
We support our regulated utility partners and energy providers in grid modernization, natural gas integrity work, and renewable energy projects that strengthen resilience and affordability. That includes transmission and distribution construction, pipeline upgrades, RNG projects, and distributed power infrastructure.
Investing in People and Partnerships
Our best work depends on a culture where everyone can contribute and grow. Through workforce inclusion programs, public-private partnerships, and learning & development programs, we strengthen our hiring, training, and career pathways. Our inclusive teams improve safety performance and customer experience.
Our employee-led resource groups build connections and support across the enterprise. Groups like Be Well Mind & Body, CommUNITY, WE-VETS, and WELD create spaces for mentorship, learning, and community engagement. These efforts reinforce a sense of belonging while sustaining a high-performing workforce.

Strong Governance. Responsible Leadership.
Sustainability oversight is embedded into our governance structure, with Centuri’s Board and executives having visibility into priorities and performance. Our Board has nine members and independent committees that guide accountability. They are responsible for governing the company’s long-term sustainability strategy, witch direct oversight from the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Together, they helps set the roadmap for actions and KPIs. Under this alignment, all decisions support long-term value and stakeholder trust.
To support integrity across projects and partners, we set expectations through our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and reinforce them with training and attestations. Employees can report concerns through the Centuri Ethics Helpline (1-855-722-2816) and centuri.ethicspoint.com.
Centuri discloses sustainability progress through annual reporting and customer-requested assessments. This includes ESG reporting infrastructure aligned with the Construction & Engineering SASB standard, CDP, and other disclosures. As a member of the Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance (SSCA), we also complete The Sustainability Project (TSP) assessment, which is available to utility clients.
Our enterprise risk management approach identifies, evaluates, and monitors risks across the organization. As a public company, the Board receives regular updates on risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and emerging trends. This strengthens resilience in operations, compliance, and decision-making.
