Doreen M. Hartley

Doreen is President of NEUCO, a leading provider of underground utility construction services in the New England region where she is responsible for the Company’s customer operations and growth.

Prior, Doreen held roles of increasing responsibility within the Centuri organization, starting in 2018 when she joined as Vice President of Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance for NPL, Centuri’s largest subsidiary. She expanded her leadership, later taking on the roles of President of Centuri’s Meritus gas companies and most recently served as President, US Gas-East.

Before joining Centuri, Doreen spent 30 years with Baltimore Gas & Electric Company (“BGE”) where she held leadership positions in gas and electric operations, new business construction, design and engineering, damage prevention, training, compliance, and customer relations.

Doreen is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Maryland and a recipient of the YWCA’s Tribute to Women in Industry Award.

Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University.
