Gregory A. Izenstark

Greg Izenstark is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Centuri. In this role, Greg is responsible for oversight of all financial activities, including financial strategy, management, reporting, and capital allocations.

Prior to assuming the role of CFO, Greg served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Centuri with oversight of the company’s corporate FP&A, accounting, tax, and reporting functions, integration activities, and the development and implementation of related policies and standards. Greg joined the organization as Controller in 2014 and was instrumental in managing the complexities of the company’s first and subsequent acquisitions, and the organizational changes required to establish Centuri as a corporate holding company.

Greg has extensive experience in accounting, public company financial reporting, M&A, and internal controls for companies of large, global scale, and has held financial auditor positions with both Arthur Anderson and KPMG. He previously worked for CF Industries, Brunswick Corporation, and Swift Transportation.

Greg received a B.S. in accounting from Bradley University and a M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Business. He is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
