Michael A. McConnell

Vice President, Operations - National

Mac is responsible for all operations and strategic growth at National. An operations manager and military veteran with over 19 years of experience in project and operations management, Michael has proven to deliver results while leading diverse teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments during his career. He possesses a comprehensive background in program management derived from conducting domestic and international operations concurrently with competing priorities. His experience includes management of large capital projects over $100M with an emphasis in Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) type projects. He holds an MBA from Norwich University and a BA in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University. He is also an active leadership representative on the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Southwest and Missouri Valley Chapters.
