Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant construction (as a fitter, operator, lineman, finisher, and/or welder) with no less than three years as a Foreman
  • At least 2 years experience supervising employees
  • Commercial Drivers License A – currently holding or able to obtain within 6 months is required
  • Certified OSHA Competent Person, OSHA 10, OSHA 30
  • Proven track record for successfully managing a team, mentoring, and training new employees
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crew safe
