Riggs Distler Acquired By Centuri Group

Cherry Hill, August 27, 2021 — Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. (“Riggs Distler”) has been acquired by Centuri Group, Inc. (“Centuri”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SWX). Riggs Distler will bring over a century of service in essential infrastructure markets to the Centuri enterprise and will serve as the Company’s union electric platform. This will allow the organizations to provide new service offerings to combination utility customers, initially throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions in addition to Centuri’s existing geographic footprint that extends throughout the U.S. and in parts of Canada.
