Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. to Be Acquired by Centuri Group Inc., Marking a New Era of Opportunity for Riggs Distler and Strengthening Centuri’s Position as a Leading North American Utility Infrastructure Services Company

June 29, 2021, Cherry Hill – Riggs Distler & Company, Inc.  (“Riggs Distler”) has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Centuri Group, Inc. (“Centuri”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SWX). Upon completion of the acquisition, Riggs Distler will bring over a century of service in essential infrastructure markets to the Centuri enterprise and will serve as the Company’s union electric platform. This will allow the organizations to provide new service offerings to combination utility customers, initially throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions in addition to Centuri’s existing  geographic footprint that extends throughout the U.S. and in parts of Canada.
