Major Redevelopment Project

Located in Philadelphia

  • Company Riggs Distler
  • Capability
    • Electric Infrastructure
  • Completion 2025

Project Overview

In 2025, we contributed to the transformation of Philadelphia’s industrial landscape through our involvement in a major redevelopment project that has been named a “Project to Watch.” Located on the 1,300-acre former site of a refinery, this ambitious redevelopment reshaped a former industrial hub into a world-class campus for logistics, ecommerce, and life sciences and has created 19,000 full-time jobs.

Key Highlights

Using our “under one hat” approach, and leveraging our Electrical, Utility Civil, Overhead Distribution, and Plumbing groups, we played a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for this transformative development.
