Project Overview
In 2026, we completed the chiller plant for a university in Syracuse, New York that delivers a fully integrated Central Utility Plant (CUP) expansion through a combination of fabrication and large-scale mechanical installation. Our mechanical team’s scope of work spans the entire lifecycle of the CUP project—from Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and 3D modeling to procurement, in-house fabrication of over 10,000 linear feet of large-bore piping, and the installation of major equipment including chillers, cooling towers, and supporting systems.
