Catherine M. Berry

Catherine is Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Centuri Group, Inc. In this position, Catherine oversees the execution of Centuri’s HR strategy and partners with senior management to establish clear, company-wide HR plans, goals, and priorities, including attracting and retaining top talent, fostering employee development, designing competitive compensation and benefits packages, driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and programs, and managing employee relations. She also guides the organization through change to enable the retention of a skilled and productive workforce that strengthens Centuri’s ability to drive safety and quality, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

Catherine is an executive and senior Human Resources leader with nearly 30 years of experience spanning public and private companies. She joined Centuri in April 2023 following a more than 22-year career working for Intel Corporation, which specializes in semiconductor manufacturing and engineering (over 120,000+ employees and 55+ billion in revenue) with experience across multiple sectors of manufacturing, engineering, corporate functions, and emerging markets. Catherine has deep expertise in human resources and talent life cycle including talent management, learning and development, diversity & inclusion, organizational design, business strategy, and operational excellence. Her deep lean culture background brings a unique lens to the talent life cycle development and optimization experience.

Catherine holds a M.A. in Organizational Learning and a PhD in Business Organizational Management IT. She also holds certifications as an MHS Emotional Intelligence (EQ)® Leadership and Team Assessment Coach and is Six Sigma certified.
