Catherine M. Berry

Catherine is Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Centuri Group, Inc. In this position, Catherine oversees the execution of Centuri’s HR strategy and partners with senior management to establish clear, company-wide HR plans, goals, and priorities, including the areas of enterprise workforce planning, attraction, leadership development, succession, performance, total rewards, DE&I, and retention of a skilled and productive workforce that strengthens the organization’s ability to drive safety and quality, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

Catherine joined Centuri following a more than 22+ year career working for Intel with depth and breadth of expertise across HR functions in Business HR, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Effectiveness and most recently as a Senior HR Director managing business HR support and people practices operations. Catherine has deep lean culture development and optimization experience and holds a master’s degree in Organizational Learning and a PhD in Organizational Management IT and is certified as an MHS EQi® Leadership and Team Assessment Coach and Six Sigma Green Belt.
