Danielle Hunter

Danielle Hunter is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Centuri, with her responsibilities including oversight of legal, compliance, risk management, M&A, EHSQ, corporate communications and sustainability activities.

Danielle most recently served as President of Berry Corporation, a publicly traded upstream energy company engaged in the responsible development and production of conventional oil reserves in the Western United States, from January 2023 through Berry’s acquisition by California Resources Corporation (NYSE: CRC) in December 2025. She joined Berry in January 2020 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, a position she held through her appointment as President. Prior to Berry, Ms. Hunter served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at C&J Energy Services, Inc., a publicly traded well construction, completions, and services company, from June 2011 through its acquisition by NexTier Oilfield Solutions in November 2019 (now part of Patterson UTI (Nasdaq: PTEN)). From 2007 through 2011, Ms. Hunter practiced corporate law at Vinson & Elkins LLP representing public and private companies in capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Tucker Melancon, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University Law School in 2006.

Danielle currently serves on the Board of Directors of KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLXE), where she Chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee.
