Senior Vice President, Chief Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Officer
Rick Neill is Senior Vice President and Chief Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Officer for Centuri Group, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of safety and quality programs, ensuring adherence to federal and state guidelines and aligned to industry best practice.
Rick has more than 30 years of relevant experience spanning all aspects of construction, including utility electric and gas, petrochemical, biopharma, industrial and offshore winds. Prior to his current role, he spent five years with Riggs Distler, a Centuri company, where he was instrumental in the implementation of leading environmental, health, and safety practices. Before Riggs Distler, Rick held leadership roles at Matrix NAC and Jacobs Engineering Group.
Rick holds several designations include CSP, CHST and CUSP. He received his bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Hygiene Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
