Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of experience in relevant construction trade such as equipment operator
- Knowledge of one or more of the following is required: civil construction, underground utilities, traffic control, road paving, or wet utilities
- OSHA Competent Person certified preferred
- Commercial Drivers License A – currently holding or able to obtain within 6 months is required
- Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions
