Assists management with the enforcement of internal and customer-specific safety and quality policies and procedures.

Required Skills

1-3 years of underground utility construction experience; knowledge of underground utilities and locator markings; gas pipeline construction and replacement experience strongly preferred
Verbal communication skill to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
Knowledge and understanding of quality standards, customer construction standards, and the correct implementation of those standards
Knowledge of OSHA, ATSSA, and DOT regulations
OSHA 10 and Competent Person training
